Amazing product! Easy enough for a personal to-do list; powerful enough for complex project management. It’s allowing me to do some projects that were either going to be tedious in Excel or Sheets, and another that I thought I was going to have to pay someone hundreds (or thousands?) of dollars to do (collect data real time and then make it available on a website). I’m beyond stoked!

All integrations require zapier. Which is not so useful unless you pay $250+/year. Some choice here would be good...

I use this app daily to accomplish complex tasks quickly and easily. It is truly an exceptional app. Thanks to the developers for making this database available free, and for a UX which is so pleasant to use.

I use airtable everyday to track my expenses, product sales, pricing, etc., but this iOS app is very limited. It doesn’t allow you to do some of the most powerful things available on airtable, like functions and rollups. You are also limited to the card-style view, rather than the spreadsheet view as it is on the web. It isn’t possible to select multiples records or fields at once to bulk edit or copy and paste. For people like me who do most of their work on an iPad Pro, these limitations make it a real challenge.

I don’t know how or why they do it, but this is simply a great app. I can access it from everywhere. There are no ads and no dunning for upgrades. I use it for everything from a personal journal to todo list to shopping list to a secure message board. I can share any table with anyone I please, with giving them my master password. The only thing that I could wish for is text formatting, such as bold and underline.

Initially used the app to keep my crafts organized. Love having my craft inventory with me when I’m shopping! I started using the app to track my husband’s medications and it is an invaluable tool to keep record of meds as they change. (Doctors are very impressed with my organization, thanks to Airtable). Easy to set up, easy to use and always handy on my phone.

I absolutely love Airtable and am a paid user — it has revolutionized my work and hobbies — but only on lap/desktop. The mobile app is really rough and very limited. I only have it so that I can easily input new records to deal with later and to look up necessary info on the go. But it is very cumbersome to do both of those items. The fact that you can only view one of the five styles they offer is pretty sad. Even more so that the gestures and accessibility of iOS, especially iPad just seem made for Airtable, so this is a huge missed opportunity. Love the service and highly recommend, but very disappointed with the app.

Airtable would be awesome if it only worked well on the iPad. Experience is lacking, views are limited, scrolling is messed up.

Airtable (a standard tool where I work) chose something useful to create, but the interface is about a C- in an era when numerous companies have built wonderfully polished productivity tools for the iPad, web, and other platforms. Example: The filtering is powerful, but I curse it daily because they failed to make it easy to figure out how to simply see all your records, no filter involved. Also: The Dropbox support was broken for eons, and then—rather than fixing it—they just deleted it.
