I needed to keep a small inventory for a very small business. (In which I’m the main client lol) I tried several other apps, but didn’t like their privacy policies (my info available to public) nor the way they worked. I chanced upon this one and figured to give it a try. I’m glad I did. It fits the bill for all I needed. Being able to customize my info and make different bases etc works perfect. Not only that but I can customize each one differently. And the colors are bold and bright- which I love! I can hardly believe it’s free and no advertisements! I’d be willing to pay a sum (hopefully not a whole lot) for this app, it is worth purchasing. (However.... please please do not make it as a recurring fee, because you’ll lose me as a customer.) Thank you for a well designed and well functioning app.

Simply amazing. The possibilities are endless with this tool. It’s power resides on how customizable this is without making things complicated. I’m very happy with this app.

My friend and I are entrepreneurs and have some very peculiar needs due to our industry. Most tools, whether it be accounting software, CRM or content management, we couldn’t find tools to really fit our needs, not without serious compromising. Airtable changed that. This tool is powerful, flexible, and fits into everything we need. It’s a dream come true for me and my processes. Amazing

The mobile design is so elegant for a spreadsheet. It’s incredibly well thought out and inspiring as a designer. Thanks for making the world better!

I want to like this app but the templates are too annoying. It should be more user friendly to create from scratch.

Airtable on the desktop (browser) is very powerful and useful because of 2 of its feature: setting up different View and Groups. These are what make Airtable standout from Excel spreadsheet. However, these 2 features are NOT available in iOS. If you search Airtable support page, these feature has been requested since April 2017 but no response was given by Airtable. So it has been almost a YEAR but the feature is not available. This make it hard to use Airtable in iOS because my team uses the View and Groups feature but these are not displayed in iOS. For now, we have gone back to Excel spreadsheet.

It’s limited compared to the desktop app. ios apps need Calendar view and Kanban style formats to have me move away from another system that’s less than 1/2 the price of airtable

First off, just started using the app for projects, and I must say I love it. Very simple and fun to use. But, I have ran into an issue where I’d like to have multiple tables inside a base (which I did), but the ability to drag or move a record inside a single table to another table inside that base. This would be beneficial to say move a project from either “in progress” to “completed” or even “cancelled” whatever the titles may be, moving the records would be a great addition!!

It’s a very powerful app but I can’t help but notice all the shortcomings of the hybrid app model. The popover for data entry looks really weird on a big iPad Pro. Drag and drop doesn’t work at all, an odd oversight given how getting data into a database is one of the major points of the app. But I like it.
