What it advertises it does well

Honestly, that's the only good thing I have to say about this app. If you want to get the photos off your phone and show them on your vizio tv this app & is accompanying smart tv app do it well. Haven't tried out the feature to share photos with other aircast users, so I can't honestly review that, but everything else seems solid.
They stole my money

I signed up for this app and paid $19 for plan. The App didn't do what I thought it did, so I contacted aircastlive multiple times to cancel my account and refund my money. Have not received a single response from them in over 3 weeks. Money has not been refunded. Stated disput with credit card company so hopefully they have better luck.

I tried to create account and a red bar pops down with no words, so then I changed my name an email and it did the same thing.

Hi, I payed $20 for a year access with a limit of 20gb. I attempted to upload a video of 1 gb with my Ipad and I had WIFI the entire time. I have excellent Wifi speeds I usually download and upload things pretty quickly. However the video I attempted to upload to AIRCASTLIVE took over two hours and never was uploaded. I attempted a second and the application closed on my Ipad. I payed $20 dollars for a service, I am not getting the service I PAID FOR. AIRCASTLIVE customer service reps, how can I get a refund?
