Excellent app and easy to setup, works on iPad w/10.2

HD02FATBOY

I only see 3 reviews for this app and all 3 are negative. I came here to get the app from a reference in a Volair sim video. Despite the 3 negative reviews that I seen, I contacted the developer via their forum website. The developers were quick to respond to my questions regarding the negative reviews and general questions I had with the iPad newest 10.2 update. Based on their response and the other many details in the forum, I ended up purchasing the $20 app. It worked as expected and was very simple to setup using with my FSX Steam version and IPad with 10.2. I am pleased with this app.

Wow, simplified custom panel

Our flight club's simulator needed an upgrade (assembled 7 years ago) but I was dreading the job because the instrument panel was a custom layout on two touch screens (resistive type) which took me weeks to figure out and get working correctly. But then I happened upon Air Manager and my enthusiasm changed. Installation was a bit challenging at first because I was unsure of what I was doing. But after an email to the company things became clear. Support response was a few hours which is quite good. I purchased their desktop version as well as the iPad version so to better know my options for the sim upgrade. The cool thing is that both versions can both use the same plugin and can both be run at the same time. Suddenly the options for a very functional panel were many, and easy to implement. On the old sim I had fabricated an overlay with physical digital knobs just so we could adequately control the instruments. It worked but was clunky an made layout modifications impossible. In contrast, the touch implementation on both the iPad and desktop version work so well that physical knobs are not needed. I look forward to see how this product continues to improve in the future. Virtual cockpit on my iPad

Captainruss

The best add-on for my sims( FSX and X-Plane). Realistic flying without a mouse ... flipping switch s and knobs with my fingers. Easy to set up and works great.

No support...

Hyestar

I have tried until I am blue in the face. I've put in the IP address of the computer, I've tried different configurations of starting the app in the Sim, Air manager just will not connect to Flight Simulator SE. I have written to emails and got no response. I would love to use this but it just doesn't work! I think God RF cockpits is connecting to my home built panel or else I would be stuck. I really do you want your manager to work as it has many more instruments available compared to RF Cockpits What a shame no one will help.

Worked flawlessly

Fredjjjjjjjjjjjjj

Tried some other instrument panel offering which was painful and wouldn’t work. This worked flawlessly after app install and plugin drop. I would give it a 5 if the user interface was improved and it wasn’t a mis match of colors on the instruments.

Just downloaded the new update tried to open, crashes on start up now unable to use at all until a bug fix is done right away. Please fix the bugs. Disappointed.

Crashes constantly

iPad Air2. Just installed it and it crashes constantly. Great idea, but kinda expensive to be crashing all the time. Please fix or refund.
