Scanner was expensive & worked great. However, scanner only works using the App. App not updated making scanner obsolete.

Please update the app so that it works for iOS 11. I use this app frequently on my iPad, but disappointed it no longer works. I had higher expectations for this company, ION, but will no longer purchase their products if they don’t care about their faithful customers.
