I just bought the scanner to get my grandfather’s military pictures on my computer and have it on a bigger screen so he can see them... but I can’t! Needs an update! Please update!!

Loved it until ios 11 was released. There hasn’t been any updates for the newest ios.

Developer has not updated app so it’s useless. Nonetheless they are still selling it in their website. WHY???

Please update or suggest an alternative.... it’s incredibly poor customer service to leave people hanging. If you have no intention of updating you should let people know.
