I saw all the reviews was about updating. Please update this product. It’s a perfect portable scanner but not working with iOS 11.

I am extremely disappointed in the manufacture of this product it only works with an iTunes app and it has not been updated to work with the latest iOS operating system I paid money for this scanner, I actually loved the scanner and now it’s of no use to me. I think it’s unfair that they put out a product that requires updates and then no longer services the product. If this were free I would understand it but as I mentioned I paid money for this scanner and now it’s garbage.

I’m disappointed because i can’t use this app on my new phone! Now i have a scanner I can’t use. Please update the app, so I can use my Air Copy scanner again.

I keep trying to send emails to support. About the IOS11 issue. Never get any responce. I bought this specifically so I can up load @80 years of family photos Guess you just don’t care about your customers way to go

Seems to be no update on site and this fancy little accessory won’t work on any of my devices anymore so annoying I paid 130 dollar for this scanner and now cause they don’t want to update it it no longer works

I spent quite a bit of money on this product and now find that it is already obsolete as it will not work with IOS 11... In their literature describing this product they indicated that it is compatible with iPhone and that is now a blatant misnomer.... Shame on you for misrepresenting your products system requirements & capabilities!!!!
