There are always outages. I’m over it, constantly having to throw food out because it gets bad. You guys are trash when I lived in and area that south central power provided service to there was never a problem.
Have been unable to sign in to any aep apps the past 2-3 days. If says username or password incorrect. No they are not. These apps are just taking up space on my phone if I can’t log in. Fix this trash!
When signing out of the app it will not let you sign back in it keeps saying wrong password or username then once you reset all your info it still says wrong info then it locks you out. I’ve been dealing with this for months now I’m so frustrated
Every time I try to login it says that something happened on your end or when I can actually login it logs me back out then I can’t log back in!
Was having issues with the app not connecting and it wouldn’t let me see my bill & i go to check if i can see it today and the app had been removed ??? it was NOT removed by myself so not sure what happened .
Only works on WiFi. That’s dumb. If you can’t access the greatest features in the world because you aren’t home, the app is nearly useless.
