Stupid APP
Thisis stupid!
Would not let me used the gift card! Kept saying not enough on it! It was 20 dollars! I put in credit card info and would not go through because of gift card! I had to take it off to try and buy the clothes!
Great products, difficult to return

We love their leggings. Great quality. But if you need to return something that is where the greatness diminishes. You have to get a slip from Aerie, pay your own postage and mail yourself. You can go to an Aerie store but I prefers to shop online. It is 2022. Aerie should get with the program!!
Very difficult to edit account

I’ve tried to edit my email and add a phone number to my Real Rewards account, but each time it tells me that my new email is already in use. Frustrating, but i don’t know if it’s a glitch or something that’s happened before. Other than that, everything is easy to shop for, and it’s great!
Aerie has become my favorite store.
