You can literally save so much money just by shopping online. So much simpler to browse and shop rather than driving an hour just to go to the physical store when you don’t even know what they have if anything in your size, or what sales they have going on. The app is so simple to use. Very very great things going on here. #AEReviewsSweepEntry
Constant crashing

This app used to be amazing. Very user friendly. But, in the past several months, it’s just stopped working for some reason. I’ve uninstalled it and reinstalled it several times, to no avail. The app either crashes upon opening, or it won’t open at all when I click on it. This is the only app on my phone I have an issue with.

Probably one of the best retail shopping apps I’ve ever used. I only wish they would include close up pictures of the fabrics. There’s certain fabrics I can’t stand, and they’re all categorized as “fleece” so in order to see which type of fleece, I’d really have to see the fabric.

Tried to sign in…had to change password. Changed password and still couldn’t sign in. Called customer service and she was no help. Trying to order in app to get 20% off. Had to pay shipping, never could log in…checked out as guest. Didn’t get points(I don’t think so anyway) ??
The payment process is messed up
