Use-ability ran into the ground, very clunky and confusing app design. No clue why you would’ve messed with the old one once you got the sign in mess fixed. Confused and unable to move through your content smoothly. I get like 4-5 aerie orders a year and use this app frequently, major bummer it’s a dud now.

i used to love the app it was so easy to use & everything worked just fine but the new version of the app is so confusing & honestly an ugly lay out. hope they bring back the old app.

I love AE I’ve shopped here for years, I am concerned as to why my yearly spending is showing 0 dollars spent this year when I have already spent over $100 this year. Is this some kind of glitch? I am level 3 in the rewards program, I hope this doesn’t effect my real rewards for next year and I am given my points for my money spent. Thank you!

This is probably the most used app I have, I CONSTANTLY look and shop through this app. I absolutely love AE & Aerie, 99% of my wardrobe is AE. The new app update looks great, really nice looking and as always easy to use. ??❤️✌?
