App Malfunctioning

I love American eagle and would give the app itself 5 stars but every time I go on my phone and try and go through different sections within the app it’ll open it and if you try to back track or go to another section the app force quits. And it’ll do it over and over again. Which is strange cause on my iPad it doesn’t have that problem. But I’m not always bringing my iPad around. I work for AE so i need the app sometimes to help customers but it doesn’t make it easy if the app is just going to quit. It’s been happening for over two weeks. Please this!! As well as keeping a better track of clothes being out of stock or not!

This app will not open up for me. It is completely updated. I have great connection. Yet I cannot get this app to load. I HAVE A BILL TO PAY AND I DONT WANT TO CALL I WANT TO USE THE APP I miss the nice easy process ☹️

About 3 weeks ago the app just stopped working. It won't launch. Sits with the spinning wheel of doom indefinitely. Can y'all fix this ish please?

Since this new update happened I haven’t been able to get onto my AE app. I went shopping at AE the other day and tried to us my coupons and the app just never loaded. The girls at AE said they couldn’t use my coupons if I couldn’t pull up the app on my phone. I SHOP HERE AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK. This is ridiculous.

Love to shop on this app but for some reason the section for my address at check out does not allow for me to enter a state/region for shipping address. I’ve tried restarting the app and everything but I still can’t checkout my order. Kind of a waste to add all of these items to my basket when I now have to use the computer to order. Please fix the shipping address section at checkout.
