Help – AE + Aerie Review

I love AE I’ve shopped here for years, I am concerned as to why my yearly spending is showing 0 dollars spent this year when I have already spent over $100 this year. Is this some kind of glitch? I am level 3 in the rewards program, I hope this doesn’t effect my real rewards for next year and I am given my points for my money spent. Thank you!
