I am a small business owner and enjoy this app a lot. I am able to target ads in specific locations which is very helpful. Also very easy to use and save lots of money from paying someone else to create ads for me.
Horrible Service -- Charges without rendering any benefit

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. After I canceled service, Google kept my service active. Then they sent me to collections for their "fee." I called customer service to try and get it resolved, but they were absolutely no help and completely unwilling to negotiate. This is service is a scam.
AdWords Express changing Headlines!

Be warned! There is literally no point in thinking of catchy headlines for your ad, because Google goes ahead and changes your headlines to whatever the hell they want when your ad is displayed. Don't believe me? Use the Ad Preview and Diagnosis tool. And be unpleasantly surprised that your ad does not display the way you want it to. Don't use AdWords Express. It's absolutely absurd that they even give you the option to input a Headline when they won't even display what you typed in. I'm so mad. I've been paying for an ad to display INCORRECTLY for over a year now! I've always been the first to recommend anything Google. But wow, this service PISSES me off.
