I was spending $950 a month and had no calls for 3 months. And when I was looking for my website on google search it didn’t even show me.
Horrible customer service. Zero jobs, for money spent!

Horrible customer service. I have tried for over three weeks to get somebody on the phone. This is impossible task. Every time I speak with customer service. They tell me the same thing, over and over again. Somebody will call you. At times they give me a phone number for a representative. Many different representatives. I have left voicemails expecting a call back. Never to happen. This is a complete waste of money. I receive a ridiculous amount of views. 4 clicks. And not one dollar in return. I am left with the opinion that this is a scam.

...for being the “keeper of all technology “ Google really falls short in the execution of this app. First off...they have two ad words apps. Ad words and ad words express ? secondly..the dash board doesn’t provide you will the callback number should you miss a call. Third...they do not offer key word Assistance. Unless you own a business was that struggles to stand out (pet groomer, coffee shop, barber shop etc) I wouldn’t waste your money. I’m done with the ad words. My business is so specific that I feel I can do much better with a more direct approach like direct mail.

Very easy to use and seems it will be effective for the cost, but if I don’t get a million bucks from this ad I’m canceling ???

They’re charge me 350$ dollars only for to calls plus the clicks of course the I found down the click are coming from Mountain View on California I talking about 5 to 10 click ever days then I check the google building is on Mountain View the click coming all the time from the same location I’m know a lot of people complaint about the same problems so I desire to cancel I call them and complaining about this they’re make me wait for 1 hours only for tell me they’ll not gonna do anything if I can give you 0 stars I’ll

So I finally wAs able to get this app and I love it. It’s user friendly and to the point. Highly recommend for small businesses.
