Horrible Service -- Charges without rendering any benefit – AdWords Express Review

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. After I canceled service, Google kept my service active. Then they sent me to collections for their "fee." I called customer service to try and get it resolved, but they were absolutely no help and completely unwilling to negotiate. This is service is a scam.
