Causes my new iphoneX to freeze EVERY TIME I launch app. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED IMMED. Running latest ios version.
Slow to connect to alarm system and missing features

Always takes 10 seconds to connect to alarm system on WiFi or cellular. Missing key features that you can access on web portal. So that begs the question why am I suckered into paying 50+ per month for a subpar app, subpar user experience and subpar feature set?

Stupid nickname.
This app always stuck on iPhone 6s Plus. It’s the only app that constantly stuck and won’t load.
Needs an Apple Watch Version

Good so fare but really need an Apple Watch Version si that we can arm - disarm in one click from your wrist

App constantly crashes and the Touch ID only works for awhile then it stops and you have to key in your password. The only way to get it to work again is if you delete the app, reinstall and set back up. Touch ID is only good at that point for 5-6 uses before your repeat. My key fab is my next option and that is even a hit or miss on arming or not arming. So disappointed considering the price.

Was prompted to upgrade since it needs OS 10 or greater and can't do crap on my ipad now since it is OS 9.3 (waiting for some sort of upgrade). Downloaded a "compatible" version of the app and guess what....DOESN'T work. Looks like ADT has lousy user testing before releasing upgrades. Why am I not surprised.
Finally this app is Fixed!

Update 2-25-18 Finally, this app is fixed! This app doesn’t crash anymore, it works and responds at ALL times! Five stars! Updated 11-26-17 FINALLY! I am able to set the alarm remotely! 3 stars for now! Will check back next month and update to five stars if this continues! Well done ADT!! Updated 9-19-17 The reason why I am making another review so close to the prior one is because now the app won’t even let you carry out a command. This is actually pretty infuriating. I am so sick of the “Operation failed...” warning that I keep getting every time that I try to carry out a command! There is literally no point in having this app as it is now useless. I have downgraded the stars to 1 star for being infuriatingly awful! If this keeps up, I will completely uninstall. Update 9-18-17 It is apparent that ADT's team has tried to fix this. Now it takes a few seconds to get the dashboard up. I am still getting the timeout issues. This is an issue that I've never had during past use. That said, now I have to get up and walk all the way to the other side of the house to arm the system again. This almost defeats the purpose of this app. To ADT: Close, but no cookie! I will keep my remaining mark of Two stars. Updated 8-18-17 8.0.6 Update is infuriatingly awful! I love the new look, I love the concept. However, this app is as slow as watching paint dry! It times out constantly, I've uninstalled and reinstalled just to make sure it wasn't me. If you look at my review history, my last review was two years ago. This means they were doing something right since then. Two stars! Please ADT, FIX IT!! Updated 8-30-15: The app is running a teensy bit faster than before thanks to the updates. The app still leaves much to be desired. I upgraded to two stars! Original review: 7.0 Update is Horrible! Yes the design is more attractive, but the overall user experience is terrible! This app lags so much. I literally have to relaunch the app to get an update on my sensors! I would not use this app if I didn't need it.

Real bad!
ADT must be writing their own reviews. This app used to be “not so bad,” but now with the latest update it is junk. It takes forever to open. Once it opens, it takes forever to connect. Then it might finally work, but often it just shuts down and can only be accessed after restarting the phone. Why does it have useless things like the temperature? Are theses additional non-essentials what causes it to lock up? At any rate, I just use the keypad. I don’t have enough time to wait for this piece of junk to decide to work.

The cameras are all online in the security portal and hub. In the app, however, only two cameras are showing. The other two are ‘offline’. Called ADT to troubleshoot, with their recommendation to alert the app developer. Not sure why ALL CAMERAS ARE functioning normally in the security hub of the house, and only two in the app. There is a bug in the app.
