Crashes nonstop

Unreal unreliable - crashes as soon as it opens - makes me wonder why I pay $80 a month to a security company that can’t keep a mobile app stable!

Home View and the ability to arm / disarm remotely made ADT Pulse a five star app for us . Home View gave you a rapid visual overview of the state of each sensor overlaid upon a floor plan map of your property. If a sensor was triggered in one zone of the property you could could immediately see where it was and determine whether or not an intruder was present as each successive geographic sensor was visually breached. You could rapidly toggle also to a camera in that area for a remote visual inspection. This was an outstanding security feature and I do not understand why it would be removed as it greatly distinguished ADT from others.
Live camera is not live

It’s very unfortunate to depend on this app and we have installed it in our front garage. The app says Live but its really stuck in video that was few days back. How do we know, becs it’s pointing to our cars which is not parked in there anymore. I cannot absolutely rely on this app anymore.
Love being able to use this on my watch.

Thank God for Tech Support, because I couldn’t get it to work on my watch, but we figured it out. I love not having to take my phone with me if I go for a walk. It’s so much easier just to wear my watch without having to wear some thing with pockets so that I can carry my phone.

The number of open door or windows is wrong and there a long delay before it shows the right number
Can’t disarm through app

Unable to turn off alarm from app. The screen shows as if it was never armed. Updates have not rectified this issue and I don’t know if anyone else has been experiencing this same problem.
Not working with ios14

When my phone updated to ios14 the video clips are not showing what it is recording. It plays but is like a still shot. My iPad is on the old version and works fine.
