Remote access used to work but since the last update, it always says “connecting” now. I’ve kept the app open for 5-10 minutes at a time and it doesn’t connect to my system. Before the update it took a few moments to connect but it eventually connected. Now it doesn’t connect at all. 2 stars because the interface is much nicer than before. Get the app to work again and I’d give 5 stars.

This app is almost useless. Takes minutes to connect to your security system and sometimes doesnt connect at all.

Horrible I’ve been trying to get someone on the phone for two days. The app does not direct me anywhere for me to message, email or speak to someone. I‘ve been on the phone for the last hour going round and round with the automated system but it asks the same 4 questions over and over again but won’t connect you with someone. Not sure how many more numbers I have to call to get someone on the phone. I would like to speak to someone about my account.

I like this app a lot. We travel a lot and I can check my house from where ever i am located in. I get a since of peace knowing that all is fine.

ADT should give better discounts to long ADT customers. Sales representatives and outside technicians are very professional.

and Glad I did. Excellent service from the Estimate (Secorra is great) to the install. Remote arming and disarming on my cell is a great tool.

ADT is great but so is RING and with RING your not paying crazy monthly fees like ADT but ADT works good equally but $$

One of the best things we have ever done. No more turning around and going back home......to make sure I closed the garage, I just check the app. ❤️❤️❤️ I highly recommend this!

Worked great until we got a new phone and updated to iOS 14. Can’t get a straight answer out of anyone. They are sending a technician but not quite sure how a technician coming is going to solve the problem when something is clearly wrong with the app.
