importing images confusion

hi this seems like a great app but i'm confused. is there a button to import photos from your camera roll photo album so that you can draw/sketch over the photo or not?? i'm having trouble finding whether or not there is an import button on both Adobe Sketch and Adobe Draw. please respond asap thank you!!

Difficult to use without logging in to cloud

Always account info needed. Not easy to get in a photo that’s not in my cloud library. Stuck at simple entry level stuff.
