Upgrades wipe out my meeting history

MWFF2

The app works on my iPad fairly well. However my chief complaint is that when ever an upgrade is pushed I lose the meetings I have in my history. Small pain - but still a pain. I have weekly and bi-weekly meeting. When I am running late then I have to search for the url and type it in again and again, It should be possible to push an update without losing my history.

Adobe, so predictably bad

First, know that you CAN get this to work on an iPad. The trick is to chase down the meeting URL (try the link in your calendar or on the webinar description page), copy, then paste in the meeting field within this sorry excuse for an app. Second, select Guest, give yourself a name (I entered only a first name), and join. Wth that out of the way, Adobe, try getting some true coders of professional caliber. Better yet, call the folks behind GoToWebinar, find out how to provide a fuss free webinar-attend app, and pay them. Cuz you sure as <expletive> can't figure it out on your own. I haven't been near an Adobe (or Microsoft) product since I jumped the Windows ship during Vista days. This intense irritant simply validates that abandonment.

Doesn’t work on iPhone X

I have tried everything I possible can and the app does not open my links. ?

Useless

ughwhotookmyname

I have a recorded meeting to watch and cannot get this thing to work at all. It's the same loop. I enter the URL, it takes me to a webpage saying to download the app. Which I've already done. Ridiculous!!!

It does its job

Mr Review.

I use it for connections academy and it works for my live lessons. Good app!

Outstanding!

Works like a charm. First had issues getting the URL correct. But after logging in on a laptop and seeing the actual URL address of the meeting room, I entered that with the https://, was presented a screen to enter the login username and password i was issued for the meeting, hit next and I was in the meeting. The app stores your URL and login info so getting back in is as easy as three taps on the screen. I would argue this app is easier to use than the software on a laptop or the like. The functions are all there, full screen, mute, chat, raise hand; I basically found this to be a fantastic portable way to attend any Adobe-Connected meeting. And it's free with no ads!

Awful

klg0000

I am having the same problem as others with this app. When I click on a webinar link it brings up a page asking me to download or open the app, which I already have on my phone. When I click on “open in app”, nothing happens. Sometimes when I paste the webinar link in the app itself, it doesn’t recognize the web address. I have missed meetings because of this problem. Please fix this soon!

Pointless app

Je5s3r

The app asks for a link to your meeting then opens it in safari instead...which doesn't work. Why I downloaded the app in the first place.
