Can’t type in the meeting link or my name!

I was using this completely fine with my iPhone 6 but once I upgraded to my iPhone X I can’t type anything! No keypad comes up for me to either type in the the link to the meeting or type in my name. I really need Adobe to fix this issue so that I can attend all my online class meetings. I am very busy during my scheduled meetings each week so this is more than a small inconvenience. This makes the app unusable for me. I will come back and update my review once this is fixed.
No Keyboard Option!

Expected so much more from Adobe. The app doesn’t allow you to type anything in at all. Customer service is horrible and they just try to have you download more web browsers instead of fixing the app. Either their troubleshooting procedures are clearly not written for iOS or the technician was in the wrong manual...

Keyboard doesn’t work in the app... I needed it for a meeting but now I can’t connect to it.

The app works for me now. After I click the link to join my class I select open in Adobe Connect. The class will open, the only thing I can’t do is wrote in chat. I can get to the text box but I can’t write anything. I’m using the iPhone X with the latest IOS update. The app just needs to be updated that’s all.

I have the iPhone X and it won’t let me enter a meeting as a guest or type in my credentials to join a meetings.
Where is the keyboard?!?

Can’t even login as there is no keyboard to type on. Can’t get much worse than that!!!
