WTH!

Recipes galore.

Have used this app from day 1. Loved it!!! New year began last week. Paid. All data wiped out. No notification so it could be downloaded. Then …. the whole purpose of the app is to track information right? Well now it’s not tracking anything!!! I’ve emailed six days in a row! No fixes. No data. No tracking! Prior to this … I’d have given it a 5!

Not working

livreamour50

I’ve used the fitness tracker for several years. Since the recent update it doesn’t work. Tells me to allow tracking in my settings. But my settings are as they should be. I’ve reset them, removed and reloaded the app etc.

Like But Not Accurate

LSR6220

I walk on a treadmill for 1 hr at 2 mi/hr. Activity Tracker records 1.7 mi and 50 min. My iPhone is in my pocket and Apple Watch is on and synced with my phone. Why?

Cool widget, but stopped refreshing data

honktonkkid

I’ve had this widget for over a year and have appreciated the format it displays step count info in a widget, but lately the widget stopped updating its step data. Touching the widget to open the app will make it refresh, but that kind of defeats the purpose.

Hated the update

Duffer45

After I updated my app, it no longer works on my watch. It resets to zero steps all the time. I deleted it.

NOW FIXED!

After the developers touched base with me twice after I gave feedback, they have reverted this app back to the lovely way it kept track of things before! I love the interface and had switched to a different app that I didn’t like as well (but at least it was accurate), but now I’m back to using this one, as it now appears to be working properly. Note: I do not use an Apple Watch. Thanks to the developers who actually listen! I also emailed a query to ask how to get my small widget back, but I did get that figured out already, so no need to respond. A+ for your efforts!

Killer Upgrade

jimpithecus

ActivityTracker just went through a major overhaul and the program has vastly improved. It was always very easy to use and did a good job of tracking steps but the upgrade has made the program even easier to use and has given the user more access to older data. It has also yet to crash since I have upgraded. This is a welcome change from the previous version. They have have added a “trends” screen which shows the user’s progress over the past days, weeks and months. This was a really good app that has now been made great. Update, October 23, 2021. This particular upgrade is largely invisible except for one notable issue. The widget is no longer able to load in the lock screen. Unless the phone is actually activated, it gives the message “unable to load.“ I hope this is fixed soon. Update: November 1, 2021: the principal issue that I have now with the upgrade is that, since it is tied to the Apple Health app, the updates to the step counts are very, very slow. The app has to be open in order for it to communicate with the Apple health app. Even then, the problem is that the Apple Health app doesn’t update in real time. Consequently, ActivityTracker can’t. This is WHY I don’t use the Apple Health app. It has always been buggy and unreliable and has never counted steps correctly. Now, ActivityTracker is buggy and unreliable. Update: 11/23/21: the app is back to its wonderful, quick-response self. The ability to disentangled the app from Apple health is a welcome return. My thanks to the developers. All is right with the world.

Funny glitch))

Falb33

I like this app, I really do. Have been using it for a long time on my iPhone. Recently I’ve got an Apple Watch so I purchased a Pro version to see all the numbers on the screen. A few days ago I came across a funny app glitch: despite the lesser amount of steps I walked - the final number just got much bigger. After going over changes of my daily activity I came to a funny conclusion - the app recognizes hands’ movements while KNITTING as steps. Thus I gained around 1,000 daily extra steps just for knitting a hat! Hope the developers will be able to fix this flaw.

Loved it but

Swirian

I really liked this app, but it has some kind of a glitch where it will just freeze and stop counting steps. Sometimes when I go back the next day it has updated but that’s not helpful when trying to reach a daily goal. So disappointed.

Delayed count frustrating

swn1010

This takes too long to update total steps. There’s no reason for that to happen.
