I can’t give it five stars because sometimes I’m not sure how accurate it really is but for the most part is seems correct. I always look at it at the end of the day and it definitely shows a difference on one day where I know I walked a lot more. Four stars ?

Doesn’t take the place of a real tracker because i don’t carry phone everywhere but it’s fairly accurate

Recently committed myself to improving my health and starting a more aggressive exercise regimen. The combination of your apps and my iPhone and Apple Watch make my progress more visible and helps make me more accountable. Now my wife is using it too. Love the App. We both thank you.

Not always 100% accurate. Steps are an estimate and sometimes it doesn't count stair cases. A nice general indicator of how active you are on a given day. Great simple format!
