Unhappy User; app isn’t user friendly

AndieDarling

The app doesn’t allow you to pay early and it won’t let me change the amount because I like to pay over. Also, it states that I only owe like 30.00 dollars for rent. It doesn’t even reflect the correct amount. I’m very disappointed. Not user friendly and not convenient.

It’s great in many respects but a huge drawback and not getting any notifications when someone replies to your comment/post etc

Awful!

Jedfw

Does not show recent updates and logs you out after exiting the app.

Unavailable more than available

Program is shut down when office is closed. It should be available 24/7

Somewhat pleased w/the site but my post was never published. Do you screen and/or edit tenant posts ?

Developer is clearly not a user of this app.

This app is just pathetic. It’s not really an app it’s just a website converted to an app. It’s a technique for the lazy or for those that just don’t know how to build apps. Some suggestions Make it a real app. Most of the problems such as navigating or trying to select something would get fixed by doing that. Ability to edit comments Select from past guests to quickly add frequent guests Radio button for guest date. today , today+tomorrow, etc. Add “delivery” to guest category.

Over priced fee

Why am should I be charged 30 dollars to use my debit card to pay rent might as well stick to money orders and if I pay from my bank account takes forever for the money to come out not feeling it

Slow web app

Clunky non-native web app. It gets the job done but probably doesn't need to exist. I suspect resources would be better spent on a polished responsive web app. Update: unfortunately it doesn't get all the jobs done. Bugs with text input prevent me from using certain features.
