I’m not sure if it is the design, administration or lack of interest. It is frustrating that a post can not be reviewed before sending. You know, check the content and attachments. Forget about IM, my posts usually take 3-5 hours or on a weekend, wait till Monday. So, I’m not sure who’s interests are valued. I use the app but 600-800 people live in my community and nobody uses it. Go figure?

Having an app that’s user friendly makes it convenient to pay rent from anywhere if traveling, open other options to explore, view events and post on community boards with approval of management, send messages to Management and leasing agents, request maintenance, and update your profile is outstanding. Awesome job app developers! Thanks

Messages from our building management come in just fine but as a user, you can’t message anyone on the app or click to view their profiles. The navigation is extremely slow to respond to the touch. Needs work.

This is just as user friendly as the mobile site because it literally just is the mobile site. The only change was a spinning loading icon slightly off center that would not go away. Why even bother making an app...
I would tell my friends it’s the best apartment to rent because it’s Clean
