Freezing

Anyone else having issues with the app freezing up for like 10 seconds when you open it to view an alert?

Apple Watch

Urban_Firefighter

I just bought my Apple Watch the other day, I have noticed that there is an issue with the program in the sense that if I open the call on my watch, it does not show on my phone. The watch only gives me a little bit of detail on the demographics of the call. This problem makes filling my off duty OT a little difficult not being able to see the run number. I really like that the app is compatible with my Watch, I can tap responding on the Watch and it will update my status for me which I found to be really awesome. It is also handy that I can gps the location from my Watch as well., making life that much easier as a first responder.

Possible update

It would be awesome if you could add the feature where you can view calls for so many days instead of all of the calls. When I had android that feature was nice especially when you run multiple departments and they all use active with the iPhone version u have to scroll all the way down through all the previous calls to get to the next department.

Great app

Should add a variety of ringtones on updates to come.

Needs app for Mac

TheKentuckyColonel

I love this program, both of my departments use this program and it is wonderful. I have used two other different kinds programs for dispatching and responding to run. I would love to see this for my mac so that I can see things better from my computer if i wanted too.

Awesome when used properly

Nice App

Jepusmc

Does as says, the map feature is awesome, responsive support staff. Not sure if the developers can do anything but it would be nice to be able to get an audible alert when your device is on silent or vibrate, pretty sure that's an OS issue though. Recommended for anyone who has issues with their departments audible system.

Great app

Great app with alerting features. Please add a "GO GET'Em Brothers" alert. Please reference "brotherhood buffs" on Facebook for an example
