Great for the mind

I love doing these and they are good mind lessons for especially seniors. I also find them easy to erase and after a time I do them again. I do find them expensive but I ration them out so I have something to look forward to.

Been through a puzzle pack. Well designed user interface with a range of difficulties in the 50 puzzles in the pack. A definite buy in my view.

I love playing acrostics, and this is a good one. Not too hard not to easy. It reminds me of my favorite Crossword Puzzle Book. Keep them coming.

Enjoy this app. Easy interface to navigate. Puzzles have varying levels of difficulty.
One of My Favorites

This is one of my favorite games. It is well designed and the puzzles are well done. I have to admit that sometimes I have to search for answers, but then I discovered a lot of interesting information that way. For example, I really did not know who Salmon P Chase was until His name was an answer to one of the clues. Of course, I then had to look up more and read about him. These acrostics often set me off on a new trail of discovery about people and places. There is one minor irritation, which is you cannot look back at the puzzles you've solved and look at the answers to the clues. You can go back to the page that shows the completed quote and your time, but you can't see the actual grid with the answers to the clues. A few times I have completed the quote by filling in logical words in the text and was taken to this final screen, which left me wondering about the answer to a clue I had not solved.

I love this app and love the puzzles. I go into withdrawal when I finish them all and can't wait for new volumes to be published. Only thing that could be improved is offering a few harder puzzles.

This is my favorite App ever. Working these puzzles are so much more fun than when I used to buy Acrostic magazines and do them. I am so addicted to them and find myself doing several a day. Any bugs that appeared with the switch over to OS8 have been taken care of and the App now works flawlessly. I can't recommend this App highly enough to anyone who enjoys word puzzles.
