Cannot log in

I have tried numerous times to log in after changing password, but cannot. It says we cannot process this request at this time. You need to fix your bugs. ShopRite had same issue when the updated their app. I have no problem logging in with my computer but on phone it’s a no go.

I don’t like that with the new app, the specials are by category. I much prefer looking at the pictures of the circular
Useless since last update

Unable to open since last update. Have reset password twice and can log in on computer, but not through app. Keep getting a message that cannot process request at this time and to try again later. Have been trying for almost three weeks. Have called the number for problems and sent an email, but haven’t heard back yet.

I used to love the Acme app. Now I can’t even see the weekly ad. It always tells me it’s unavailable. It’s so annoying.

Not sure what’s happening but coupons are not working. Two weeks in a row some coupons did not work. Somebody in the store said you have to hit the add button? Also no more emails of my receipt. What’s happened since the latest update?????.
great idea, missed UX opportunities

First the good: integrating coupons into an app so you do not have to log those terrible paper coupons around is a perfect way to shop and use an app. Bravo! the bad: it is clear that the designers of this app does not use it themselves because the UX is lacking the most basic tools. Most of these are mentioned by others, such as order of the coupons and inability to remove any coupons. designers only need to introduce 4 or 5 very simple fixes to make this a perfect shopping app. Finally, there is a shopping list but it only contains the coupons you cut and does not integrate the store's database, so no actual products exist other than your coupons and the user has to built the entire shopping list him/herself, again very bad UX. Surely you have a list of the products you sell somewhere!

Update will not work inside store. Says problem with internet connection. Old app worked fine
Bring back “receipts”!

Bring back the “receipts”. Don’t know why it was removed but bring it back! You had it before so should be hard to re-incorporate.

This new app no longer allows you to view the actual circular, which for me is the main reason I use these apps.
