For one, the Pharmacy button on the left pane doesn’t take me to the Acme Pharmacy app I have on my iPhone.
Doesn’t connect your phone numbers

I have been to Acme several times and I have the app and I put all the info into the system but still it doesn’t recognize my phone number. No tech support on the app or at the store so yea maybe I will just use Wal Mart they have a rewards program that actually works.
App Needs Work

The app is good for what it does however it needs to do more. It needs to do a lot more. The most glaring omission is that there is no search feature so one can see if an item is carried and what the price is. We need to be able to research the stores stock to see what is available. Without that, the app doesn’t help a lot. It’s great for the mymixx feature but other than that it’s not very useful.

Would like to see more store brands and smaller sizes. My family is small and I don’t want to super size anything. More fresh vegetables. But overall the delivery was perfect. Happy overall w the experience.
Mymix needs fixing

Don’t always get the points that should be added. Pike creek store never adds my grocery points to mymix. Need to fix system otherwise it’s not worth shopping at acme.

What a change as they have been renovating their stores little by little. Whether I am in north jersey at family's houses or my house down the Jersey Shore--they have made a huge turn around in the last few years. Their meat and seafood is by far the best out there. The new organic fruit and produce is exceptional. Overall, their pricing lately has been great, spending even less than I used to at the so called "Rite" price store. I mean seriously, the prices are top notch, the organic selection and prices rival that of the "whole" store without spending my whole paycheck. Customer service was great, manager had a smile, and the deli department was quick. Couldn't beat it!! Check it out, you won't be upset at all. They may be the NEW low price leader.
Buy more stuff that sell the best not what they do

I know if I sold a product that sells I would buy more , not the case here at my acme on Harbison Ave , I told them many times that I am not the only one that buys it , Who ever is in charge of ordering it don’t pay attention to what is selling faster , maybe they get a kick back for selling other brands, I know I can’t count on you to buy so I stop looking for it , an go to a store that dose carry it , since I’m going there for that maybe it only makes sense to shop there , ( Coor s n/a ) thanks GUS SHELGOSH III
