My gas rewards aren’t being posted on the app. They are showing 0 which is incorrect. Fix the app please

If u don’t hit the clip coupon exactly ...then u r taken to the description..have to hit the back arrow and wait another14-15 seconds to start clipping online coupons again.This whole process for a simple mistake of not hitting the button exactly takes approximately 20seconds. It doesn’t sound that long but it does get annoying. There is an arrow next to each button that would take u to the description too. Why not make the whole area around the’clip coupon’ super sensitive so that it will automatically clip the clip instead of taking u to the description? And make the arrow so sensitive that u have to tap with some purpose to be taken to the coupon description?? I have a friend that has some motor skills and she has to have someone clip your coupons for her bc she was having to go bk&forth all the time. Please fix the problem
Why can’t I get my gas discounts?

When I go in the store in Richboro , pa they tell me my phone numbers are correct but I can not get my gas rewards nor can they tell me why .

This app needs an update... fast! It would be SO helpful if there was a search feature or you could scan the barcode of what your purchasing to see if there was a coupon. The least that could be done is to add better and more specific categories to filter by. While it’s great if you’re looking for laundry detergent and you can filter to ‘Cleaning Products’, but then they lump all food together in ‘Grocery’; they could at least break it down into dairy, baking, frozen, etc. It isn’t organized in anyway and so can take significant time to find if there is even a coupon for what your buying.

I spent so much time trying to find items not on sale or in ad, then, reasonably thinking there just HAD TO BE A SEARCH function so a customer could compile their shopping list in its entirety!! WRONG!! You can only use this app to make a list of what ACME thinks you should or want to buy. NEVER going to shop here again! I’ll drive further at my new location and use SHOPRITE and their app.
