Plenty of other weather apps that don’t shove ads in your face every time you try and check the radar.
Paid Subscription Shows Ads Anyway - Bad Customer Service

To avoid ads, I enrolled in the premium program and am a paid subscriber (don’t judge me?). Even though I paid to not receive ads, there they are! I have interacted with multiple customer service reps (Emilie especially) and instead of attempting to troubleshoot appropriately, they give a non helpful response by saying that I can request a refund from the App Store. I’ve given them screenshots of the messages I receive when attempting to restore my subscription and it’s the same, robotic response. They even said that they would route my screenshots to their ‘Digital Media Team’ for investigation. When I asked them whether they will communicate to me their outcome, they stopped responding!! So the result is, they take your paid subscription money and show the ads anyway!! I do NOT recommend spending money to be rid of ads on this app. It’s unethical because even when you cancel your membership and try to refresh the app thru uninstall/ reinstall - instead of it recognizing you are already a member, it prompts you to pay another membership fee. Developer: I didn’t leave a 5-Star review. I left a 1-Star review. Wow…

Now only landscape mode on iPad? Just to display ads? Correct me if I’m wrong. New and improved with Ads you have to manually close going between summary and hourly / radar screens

I don’t care for the new layout. The flow is not as smooth. BUT, I do firmly believe in the forecast. Am shopping for a dif app.

Been using this app for years and it’s still better than others… BUT I’ve given it 4 instead of 5 stars today (1.19.22) because discrepancies are getting to be common occurrences. Using the pull up window for daily details, I find contradictions with the main page. Sometimes the air quality will be given, sometimes not. A couple of days ago, there was an air quality warning yet it said the air quality was EXCELLENT…?!? Sometimes the main page says no rain (no rain icon), but then checking the next 4 hours, rain is definitely predicted. And I’m kinda thinking an upgrade for the visuals might be due. Really tired of the boring blue. ? BUT the good news is that the temperature prediction is still great and beats my local radio station. ?
