Frustrating!

It was all good before and they have to change it to something that not only frustrate but broken!!! Makes me want to cancel all my bookings!


Dones‘t work!

“See room rates” dones't work,cann't make a reserve on app!


Credit card year expiration only goes to 2023 so I could not book

Credit card year exp needs to go beyond 2023 In addition app is buggy had to go out and start all over in order to use another card.

Not a fan of the new app. First, the search is way to literal. One of the great things about the old app was that one could search for a place and then it would show you things nearby. Current search is pitiful. Also, the photos of hotel and rooms used to go full size. Now they are tiny and chopped off. Accor is my favorite hotel brand and I have Platinum status. But this new app is in need of work. I will probably start using the website instead.

I booked a last minute stay in Ottawa, talked to online reservation. They were great. They stated a fee. I took it . Arrived at Ottawa. They did not believe the price quoted to me. Who did I talk to, they asked. What was the promo code,etc. I saidI can’t remember his name. I only know I spoke to Accor folks. They checked my company in. Lo and behold, they charged us with their own fee. This was bad business for me. First of all, I had a ACCOR membership. It means ( to me) that I am loyal to the brand. However, what management did meant they did not believe what I stated. They beloved me to be a liar. I felt so disrespected . I have not booked with this hotel since. How do u build brand loyalty like that? I am so disappointed.
