Lovely hotel unlovely receptionists – AccorHotels - Hotel booking Review
I booked a last minute stay in Ottawa, talked to online reservation. They were great. They stated a fee. I took it . Arrived at Ottawa. They did not believe the price quoted to me. Who did I talk to, they asked. What was the promo code,etc. I saidI can’t remember his name. I only know I spoke to Accor folks. They checked my company in. Lo and behold, they charged us with their own fee. This was bad business for me. First of all, I had a ACCOR membership. It means ( to me) that I am loyal to the brand. However, what management did meant they did not believe what I stated. They beloved me to be a liar.
I felt so disrespected . I have not booked with this hotel since.
How do u build brand loyalty like that?
I am so disappointed.
