Excellent app! I've never been happier with a work out that pushes me and works with my schedule. A++

Yay! ??

This was AWESOME!! Just did my first workout and it was exactly what I needed!

Great portable workout

BusyMamaSeeksConvenientWorkout

I stumbled across this app and had to give it a try. Audio is the best way to do a yoga workout, imho. Less distracting and more portable than a video. The interface was easy. I used the filters to search for a yoga workout less than 30 minutes. "Upbeat Stretch" by Amanda was exactly what I was looking for. Amanda's workout was great. I've been doing yoga for 10 years, but Amanda talked me through all these tiny adjustments that made a big difference. This workout never put weight on the knees, so I didn't even need a mat. I did the first half on kitchen tile and the second half on my garden patio. So convenient. Another big convenience is being able to pause and resume. I was able to catch my breath, brew my coffee, and drink it. This is huge for those of us who get interrupted by little kids. At $9.99 a month, I think I'll need a lot of variety to keep me loyal, and I don't have access to gym equipment. Please add Pilates!!! Some walking/strength routines would also be cool. I'd love to get a workout while getting somewhere. Pokemon Go already has everyone acting goofy on the sidewalks. Can you also further increase the instructor diversity? It's a little depressing to be older than all the instructors. I find it really motivating to work out with a grandma who is great shape!

Perfect for motivation!

EliiiiiiAberth

Ive had a hard time trying to stay motivated physically. My work schedule is crazy, so i cant really go workout when someone else can. So i end up only having myself to workout with. And let me say its easier to just push my health aside because im so drained from work. But of course ive gotten really out of shape! And I am tired of feeling crappy about myself! This is like having my own personal trainer. This is perfect for someone on a budget or someone who works alot. Its the most convenient way to get into shape and I LOVE LOVE LOVE this app!!!!

So far so good

I loved my first workout (70s outdoor run) and I love that they use original music, not remakes!

Love this app

Mill177

As a long time runner who struggles finding motivation on a treadmill, this app is my savior. Great music, great selection. Can't wait to try out all the workouts!

Makes running almost enjoyable!

Meredith Doty

Finally found something to make me run again! Thank you!

My run

M.elohim

I thought this run was great. Loved having someone speak to me and encourage me in a positive way. It felt like i was in a running class ! Loved!

good…but let us preview exercises and see demos

Reg88g

Trainers are motivating, cool that there are elliptical workouts along with treadmill and running workouts…for the non-cardio workouts though (e..g, strength), would be great to be able to preview the types of exercises in the workout and also see demos as some of the trainers aren’t that good at explaining the moves….and for both cardio and non cardio workouts, would be great to have a few images displayed vs. static watermark type graphic on the screen, e.g., someone actually doing the moves.

Horrible cues - and NOT a free app!

Hmmmmmmmm cool

Very little cues given as to length of intervals. A 30 second sprint is going to be different than a 10 second sprint yet no indication of how long your sprints or recovery are were given. Also, have to pay a membership fee for use of program... So not exactly a free app.
