Potentially Safety Threatening Notification Model

If you allow notifications for this app, you might think you are signing up for emergency notices (e.g. “help is on the way!). Maybe. What you certainly get are random and not infrequent marketing notifications (“member discount at nearby hotel!”). Inexcusable. Utterly astonished that AAA would mix potential life-safety notices with marketing. I will adjust review and rating if this behavior is eliminated.

I really enjoy the Wallet integration so I always have my card available even without a wallet.

Was tying to explore my options for paying my bill. Clicked on the billing tab and was immediately taken to page to pay my bill. Only option was ECheck. (They do take debit cards and cash at the offices) one click and it said thank you for your payment. WHAT! No verification of my account, no asking if I wanted to proceed with payment...nothing. Immediately received email w confirmation number that DID NOT state the bank or account that they took the funds from. Waited 38 minutes on hold before I was given the details. Not using this app again. Had to run to the bank as the payment is not due for 9 days and pension check doesn’t arrive til after 1st...?
Really annoying issue

I never installed this app, because location services was either always or never. Now that iOS 11 allows you to choose while using the app, I installed it. But after the app has totally been closed, the first time it opens, it always asks you to turn on ALWAYS in location services. They need to get rid of that.
Good but not motorcycle friendly

Overall a useful app. However, to use the built in capability to submit an assistance request requires you to select a vehicle from the ones they have listed by make and model. This is limited to cars so I wasn't able to use this feature when I needed help with a motorcycle.
