I have yet to get the AAA App to do anything worthwhile. It seems to perform worse when using inly cellular data. Guess where you get stranded? Probably shouldn’t plan to have wireless available. Even with wireless, I’ve yet to get it to map me to the nearest AAA service approved dealer or similar useful features the emails they send describe. Good old phone call is all I can ever get out of it. BTW: I’m on the latest iPhone and AAA software versions. Still no change.

This app is terrible, you would think with 50 million memberships, that this will be a app that would really work well. The app works as fast as the AAA service. It’s sad to say that I have this app, after spending $240 for a membership. This app needs to be updated with the new app that actually works.

I woke up to a flat rear tire this morning. Downloaded and used the app today for the first time, to summon road side assist. App was easy to navigate and contact was made with driver in a minute or two, with assistance arriving within 8 minutes. It was a huge relief! Gps location was slightly off but tow company quickly followed up to ensure they had the correct location. If you have AAA get this app.

I have had the need to use AAA twice this year and the app made it an emergency painless...Help arrived quickly...very professional! The app covers all of my needs! Thanks, AAA!

I needed to request service. It was a contest between waiting on hold and installing and using the app. The app won. Received a confirmation call a few minutes after submitting request.

What happened, dev team? Did you accidently ship your development branch? C'mon y'all! Someone over there should know better! My suggestion to the Product Manager responsible for green-lighting this disaster: use it yourself, then have the dev team REMOVE everything that's broken, then reship. Better to have a simpler app that works than an app that claims to work but doesnt--- ESPECIALLY when roadside assistance is involved. Hint: you are doing irreparable damage to the otherwise trustworthy brand of AAA.

Where's the ability to show proof of insurance???? There's no problem spending the money to send out 10 paper cards, but no money on a "mobile" insurance app??? What is the point of this app at this point?? When I open it it points me to the other crappy app they have which is awful.
