Navigation | Free | Iternio Planning AB | iPhone, iPad, iPod |
When you are ready to drive it, just go to driving mode and use ABRP as a real-time plan follow-up tool and even navigator, replan as necessary and get continuously updated information about your trip.
We support every major EV in the market. Which suits your needs best?
But still not very accurate for our MY SR. UI has improved but still too clunky.
App was working fine, then I updated a week ago. Constantly freezes and becomes unresponsive and unusable now. I deleted and reinstalled and got exactly the same thing. “Bug fixes” seems to mean “bug infestation.” Call the exterminator, I’m deleting this and super disappointed because I had just planned a trip with it for my new EV. What a sad failure for what could have been great. Also, why no CarPlay for the free version? Like that’s such a simple feature that most free apps have. The one thing missing and you’ve turned me off from using ABRP again.
The backend logic and the route optimization and planning is second to none in the entire world. Yet, the UI looks like a high school project. So much potential
When planning a road trip, this is my first stop. While the Tesla app is useful while you’re driving, it’s not really available in trying to plan a trip and while not in the car. A secondary bonus of this app is that it prioritizes the lesser amount of time spent charging, versus the number of stops. The Tesla app, on the other hand, prioritizes less frequent stopping, but with more time at each charging station. I generally follow ABRs advice since I’d rather save a few minutes of total charging time in a road trip but pull off of the road a bit more. Plus this gives me the opportunity to stretch the legs and use the bathroom with slightly greater frequency. The app has a strange interface, though and one that takes some getting used to. I highly recommend this app.
This works fine if your route is simple and not a lot of superchargers around. I would have arrived at my destination with more than 50% charge yet it insists on adding a supercharger stop 10 minutes before my destination. If you are in California with lots of superchargers then this thing is brain dead.
… for now. The UI is entirely too cumbersome. ⦁ Most of the touchable indicators on the screen are VERY LIGHT GRAY. ⚬ Doesn’t the developer know that “light gray” = “grayed out” = Not Available⁉️ ⚬ Gosh, that has only been THE STANDARD in the ENTIRE COMPUTER INDUSTRY for going on … umm … 40 YEARS‼️ It is pointless to write any more until the developer hires/barters for someone to overhaul the UI.
Once it comes up with a route it seems half the app is unresponsive for long periods of. UI is clunky and not intuitive beyond the initial route. Basically useless as an app on a phone. The web might be better but frankly that’s useless to me during a trip.
My iPad and Android phone are both experiencing long freeze issues when using the back button, calculate button, etc
I loved this app until the latest update made it completely unusable after reinstalling and resetting.
