Enjoy finding songs here that I wouldn’t otherwise know about, like being able to look up by tv show, book or whatever. Wish I could listen to certain playlists more than once in an 8hr period.

As a user of 8tracks for many years, I’ve been with this app through all the growing pains and I’m so excited to see them coming out on the other side of things unscathed. While many other apps may have given into the temptation to chase dollar bills, 8tracks has hung on to the virtues that made it a great app in the first place- namely putting music and users first. However above all, 8tracks actually listens to its users and seems to be working extremely hard to provide improvements and changes based on the feedback from its users. I absolutely love that. Barring some massive change, 8tracks will remain my go-to app for listening to my favorite playlists and searching for new music :)
Not available in my country? I’m in the US.

I tried launching the app but it says that the streaming service is not available in my country while I’m on WiFi. I’m NOT using any VPN.

I should have known better to update this app. Now it’s longer commercials that you can’t close. The only reason unlimited play is back is because so many people have deleted this app and I hope many more leave it. The people that created new content have fled. All I see are old lists.. sad that you ruined something so great. Hope you all had a good chance to cash in.

I love this app and everything, but somethings need to be fixed and added to make this worth $5 a month. 1st I can’t upload my profile pic (no matter what picture I use) which is REALLY frustrating and 2nd you should be able to make playlists on the app as well and not just on the computer. Also, it’s really annoying to have to go to your computer when you have the app right there in your hand. You should also be able to edit your profile on the computer site too (don’t know if you actually can though, I’ve been looking and haven’t found any button for it). So yeah....other than that, pretty good app.
Too many ads

i love using 8tracks and i have been off and on for a few years now, but i feel like the amount of ads has gotten out of hand. i understand that ads are important for revenue and everything but it’s to the point where i’m getting two ads after every or every other song, it’s really nerve wracking :/
App not supported in USA?

I opened my app this morning and it said it was no longer supported in my country, but when I went onto read more it said that the app could still be supported in the US and Canada. I live in the US so I don't understand why the app isn't working for me. I pay for a subscription so please fix this problem!

I’m glad 8tracks found some ad sponsors. Even if there is now audio ads, the listening time has been increased greatly and I can keep using the app I love!
