My order was canceled but I was never told.

Intuitive app that shows you sales and discounts as you shop. Can’t beat it with the Gold Pass. One complaint: it does not allow you to *type* a specific tip amount, I was only offered $2, $3 or $4 tip amounts.

I don’t understand how such a large cooperation can’t manage to make an app that is worth a darn. To say it’s glitchy is an understatement. Like, are the people in charge of this trash fire just a bunch of 3 year olds with access to beginners coding? On top of the crap app, the customer service is non-existent. They pass you off onto whatever platform the driver is on. Then you’re told by that platform’s customer service to contact 7/11. Ridiculous. If there’s a problem with the order that you happen to discover right after the driver leaves, your ability to contact the driver is already terminated. And good luck getting a refund if you need one. The only way to get in contact with anyone is by email. They tell you you’ll hear from someone in 3-5 business days. So basically, to sum it up, DO NOT use this app unless you literally have no other choice. You’d think for a company that’s been around for this long they’d know how to provide a working app and good customer service. Absolutely ridiculous!

I was lured to this app with the $20 off $25 promotion advertised, but that didn’t work, then there is the $7 off $15 advertisement when I went to the App Store and I keep getting “code didn’t apply” message. Not impressed.. deleted app.

GPS is not accurate!

Multiple times I ordered using the web browser, auto gsp location doesn’t send driver to my house. So frustrating that I have to call and handle the logistics with the driver..

I’ve been using this app for quite a while without issue and was pretty happy with it. Over the last 2 months however, after waiting nearly 2 hours each time, 8 of my last 10 orders were cancelled on their side with no reason given. Time of day and items ordered didn’t seem to matter. Obviously I can drive to my nearest 7-11 in way less time, but working 12-15 hours a day used to make this more convenient. Not so much any more. Such a bummer.
