The woman that I talked to on the phone helped me with my promo code . She had a slight country accent was fantastic!!! I read the promo code wrong it was 10 off 20 and it looked like 100FF20. Please pat her on the back . My 13 year old daughter is home sick w Covid and I’m trying to order drinks for her to stay hydrated . Thank you !

I used this app for a year now and it’s pretty good when the items I want are in stock. Most of the snacks I want are always out of stock and even though you press “I want this item back”, it does nothing Last thing is the subscription they have, I did the 14 day free trial and it was good having no basket fee and no delivery fee but the problem is that they advertise a free item if you spend $10. The problem is that it’s always a small slushee and they never deliver the slushee which is false advertising.

I have to say I’m hugely disappointed. I’ve gotten SEVERAL people to download and try the app. As result, it said my “balance” was a credit of $30. Yet if place an order for $20 you still try to charge me $10?!! BUT YOU SAID MY BALANCE WAS $30?! JUST BECAUSE SOMEONE EARNS $10 FOR REFERRING PEOPLE DOES NOT MEAN THEY SHOULD BE FORCED TO SPEND IT $10 AT A TIME. Also, I’ve NEVER EVER seen something use wording of “Balance: $30” (that’s all it says) when you really mean “3 Discounts of $10” …and this is how thank people who are out there getting you new customers?! Unfortunately, those with the power to correct this probably aren’t aware and will never read this. But as someone in marketing I promise you — THIS IS A BAD IDEA. Because I probably sent you 10 new customers already, and could bring dozens more. …but not for some app that tells me I have a $30 credit then charges me $20 when I place an $30 order (see how dumb that sounds?) Nothing worse you can do than leave people feeling like they were scammed out of what they EARNED.

It says you can order cigarettes shows a picture of cigarettes in the preview pictures so I downloaded the app just for that and turns out that they don’t offer cigarettes in the app very miss leading needs to be fixed asap it false advertisement ether offer cigarettes or don’t
All in all ... a plus for me.

Love having this 711 app for convenience, but I’d love it more if it let people add their EBT options for check out, I have some friends unable to use this app because of their financial issues at the moment and have to go into the store to use their benefits.

I’ve had issues this the app in the past. However I decided to start using it again, and everything had been working fine for a while. I loved ordering coffee for me and my mom in the mornings, and occasionally some small slim Jim’s for my dogs. However, the 7-11 app took those off. And they have also take things like Cheetos and Doritos away. There are really no good snacks left. But the final straw came yesterday. I decided to try and order some snacks to eat before dinner, and when I place the order, it gave me an error massage that my card wasn’t working. I checked my bank account and I had more than enough to place the order. There was a pending order from 7-11, but my order hadn’t gone through. This is the second time this has happened, and I do eventually get my money back within 12 hours. Unless they fix their issues and put more things on the app, I will no longer be using their app.
