I’m 47 and out of shape. Friend of mine suggested this. Just did my first workout. I’m exhausted. App is really well done, easy to use and understand.

I love this workouts !!! I like when you teaching different movements and doesn’t last too long. So it’s makes it interesting and not boring like any other exercises ???

Cool that even in my 60s can see progress so quickly after starting this. The first week is hard but only 7 minutes a day and then it gets easier and I feel so much stronger! Just don’t push yourself on the ones you can’t do well or for the whole time and you’ll build up to it. (Like I still do high knees walking instead of running in place.)


Love it but it’s a pig

Love this app, I use it practically every day but, it’s a pig. It drains my battery so quickly (iPad 7th gen). Maybe a background option that’s audio only?

I love all the work outs on this app!! Not only are they effective and useful And the fact that there’s a description and video to help you learn what you need to be doing!!! ALSO not as expensive as every other app NOPE very affordable and effective!! 10/10

Pretty good workouts and has videos during your workout to show how to do the exercises.One downside is that you can only do the first exercise free and you’ll have to pay for the others.But still very good app to use for fitness.

Efficient workout that can be done anywhere, anytime. Some days I stack three 7-mins together in one go, some days I do three throughout the day. Other days I send it, do one, make coffee, get to work. 7-minute makes it easy to get the workout in and keep a good habit, regardless of how busy the workweek gets.
