I love it. I normally do weight training throughout the week and I enjoy this fast tempo with short breaks. I superset a lot when training in gym and couldn't ask for any other short and good workout. My heart rate is very high during exercise

I've tried many versions of the seven minute set of exercises. This is the best, by far. Simple, clear, and it stays active all the way through without my phone going to sleep, which happened with all the other apps. Love it!

I love this app. All exercises (1 set) are 30 seconds each with a 10 second gap before next one. To see better results, you will have to repeat the sets like 3 times.
