I am almost 65 and two of these workouts in the morning gets me going and keeps me in great shape.

I don't love working out so it's nice to have this 7 minute guide on hand that I know if I go as hard as possible for 7 minutes I feel good after. Gotta push the whole time to get the best results. Or do easier but multiple times.

Soon to be 73 and like the workout. Haven't worked out for a couple of months and found this workout to be great for me. I used it several years ago but stopped when I went to a fitness center. Doing this at home allows me to get into my busy schedule much easier. I plan to do this the first week with one session a day building to three sessions a day. I'm a retired basketball coach and needed to get in better shape and feel this workout will do it.

I hate doing this workout, but it’s short enough that I usually do it five days a week. This app has helped me form a healthy habit.

We only seven minutes, there is no excuses. I start my coffee and seven minutes later I'm huffing and puffing and have a full body workout. All you need is a chair or something lower to step up onto and a blank wall space. My only feedback would be to switch the eighth and ninth exercises so there's not two leg exercises in a row and then two arm exercises in a row.
