Great quick workout to start day with. Only criticism would be one additional prompt to let you know exactly when the 30 sec work period is over.

Very simple. You could program it yourself, but, it does what it says it does and has not had any problems.

Just did my first workout and it was great. I am traveling right now and it was nice to have a workout I could do right in my hotel room! Be sure to check out this company's other apps as well!

Worked up a sweat - can't yet do the push up with rotation - something I can work up to! Nice app!

I wrote a review before, I Iike this app but I wish there were more exercises so I'm not doing the same thing every time. I mean I sweat after the seven minutes but I'd like to have different workouts everyday or a variation to spice it up.

I can across this workout in a magazine. I liked it, but keeping track of the time was a pain. This app takes care of that. The exercises work great together. The voice and music on the app keep you going. This is the perfect workout when you are short on time.
