Loved it!

I saw this circuit training before (Pinterest), however I never had the motivation do it. This app helped me accomplish what I have been meaning to do. Seven minutes was enough for me, but I will recommend doing it three times.

I love it and have 2 other running apps by the same company but I hope they add more workouts in when they update at a later date. This will be great for about a month and then I will need something else. I have their Ease into 5k and Bridge to 10k which I love. Keep it coming!

This app was recommended to me by my nutritionist and spin instructor for business trips! This app is easy to do when you have limited space (like a hotel room) and limited time.

Does exactly what I wanted. I was trying to do this routine myself before the app by using the stopwatch on my iPhone and a printout of the workout. Only thing missing is option to customize the music that plays during the workout.

This workout is a good addition to my alternate workout. Run/walk 30 min. , 50 squats, 10 sit-ups, 5 push-ups, plank 20-35 sec. Thanks.

Simple and straight forward

It does exactly what is says. It's a great little work out. Music, voice commands and figures showing the exercise are great. Possible additions: option to play own music, variation in routine (trade in other exercises), directions ok how to properly do each exercise. These are pretty easy ones, but a few are weird and could either cause injury, or not be working the correct muscles if not done right. I'd any of these features are already part of the app, it's not very intuitive to find them.
