First time was great!

So, I used it for the first time today and it was great! Just the right amount of time for each exercise to not feel like I can't do it. They are sequenced so the muscle group that just got tired gets a brake. For me, sticking to a routine is difficult, so we will see if this app keeps me on track and motivated. It's toning and overall health I'm after, so if I stick to it, then I will post a follow up review.

This is honestly the best quick work out app! The timing aspect is my favorite part. It is loud and clear so you can move on to the next exercise.

I am on day two and already notice improvements. This is a great anywhere workout app. The Apple Watch functionality needs improving. But other than that I love this app.

The greatest return for the least effort and time required. The workout is great and it creates just enough sweat to need a quick shower, and leaving you feeling energized. Plus, they built in a motivator to keep it up. Keep doing it every day, and you can get the next exercise packs for free, and again and again, and free and more free.

I have only been using this app for 2 days and I love it! I was only halfway through my first workout and had to stop unexpectedly, I was dripping sweat and was completely out of breath. I started over a little later, and finished! The next day I was already sore! The best thing about this is that it only takes 7 minutes! I have a hard time being motivated but knowing it's only 7 minutes gives me hope and makes me tell myself I can do this! It is very doable! Today I even did it twice! It's so great to workout and to get it over with fast!

Very good app. Simple. Clean. Clear. Gets my heart rate up fast and I feel it working all the large muscle groups. No need to pay to add cycles or modify the workout as in some other apps. Additional exercises can be earned by exercising or by purchase so you have option. I'm losing weight doing only this so it's working. Only downside is lack of a pulse tracker. As in taking your pulse manually and entering it as you can do for your weight. This is such an obvious indicator of health and so easy to design into the app I'm surprised it's not there. Please add a pre workout heart rate entry option to make this app the best!
