Lost all of my points. – 7-Eleven: Rewards & Shopping Review

I had so much points saved up, I looked into the new updated, and somehow I lost all of points. I went to the beginning (50 points) and I clicked on missing points. It asking me if I had another account or phone number. No! I’ve had this since 2018, there no way I lost all of my points. I don’t have another account or number. I see how they don’t care about us and losing points.
