Brilliant App

PerlsAndPythons

I’m definitely not a runner, but I can do this! Seamless integration with my phone’s notification system. I can play my own music and still hear instructions from the app. Really makes it easy for me to not quit because I’m not the one deciding when to stop. Thanks!

Not a great app

hesther23369

The app told me to go running at 9:30pm at night which was not a good idea. It also won’t let you run more than the time allowed.

Great for non runners

Let’s you go at your own pace and encourages you! Love it!

Needs to work on my Apple Watch

Illinifan5

I really like the concept of this program. However, I don’t want to lug around my iPhone during my workout. I would give this 5 stars if the app would also work on my watch.

Impossible to cancel

I’ve been running for a while, but have never done a 5k. I’m used to running but this app really trains you to run a true 5k without stopping. After putting in my info, it automatically started me on week 5 (again because I’m not new to running). I’m currently on week 6 and feel so much more confident about my running. It’s definitely a challenge but it’s so worth it. It’s also a calorie burner. Best app for running! :)

First day

First day using the app and I think I’m going to like it. I like how it breaks up the run and walk for us beginners so it doesn’t kill us LOL.
