Great app and great transcription

I have been using SR for some time and it was always extremely quick to get back the transcript. My one-hour interview was back in a twelve hours in a word for word quality. Worth the money.

It is indispensable for my work. Transcription was done always far sooner before the deadline and with a high precision. The price doesn't hurt. Maybe some discount for regular customers?
